Perioscopy- Is a non-surgical periodontal solution. It allows clinician to access root surfaces which was never possible before without surgery. Using a tiny fiber optic camera underneath the gums it magnifies 48x allowing the complete removal of tartar and diseased tissue on the root surfaces which leads to healing of the gums and bone tissues.
This is an extraordinary treatment option for periodontal disease. It is the most advanced non-surgical periodontal therapy. It requires alot of skill from clinician and appointments are typically a 1 -1 1/2 hr .
